Gyrokinesis is movement method based on Yoga (especially kundalini and hatha), dance, tai-chi, gymnastic, swimming. It is one of most intelligent and efficient movement method that I know, which is very healing. Gyrokinesis has been in the program of major professional dance school or athletes, but also has been taught as physical therapy or gentle exercise classes for the elderly. I myself started to practice this method after major knee surgery and helped me to go back to the stage. It promotes the better sense of connection to your body, improve flexibility, strengthen major muscles, and stimulate whole entire body for better circulation of energy.
