Experience the Love and all the benefits of yoga together with your baby. Take this time to bond together, move together and relax together while meeting new friends. There will be yoga for you. Yoga for your baby. And yoga together. There will be music and singing, bouncing, smiling, laughing, peek-a-boo-ing, massaging and hugging. All cargivers are welcome.

This class is intended for babies who are “non-walkers.”
