Maddi Cheers has been teaching dance, fitness and theatre for over 40 years and she has been a spiritual seeker for far longer! Along with her work as a storyteller and instructor for Journeys Into American Indian Territory she is an intuitive ceremonialist and poet. She is certified in Radiant Child Yoga and Laughing Yoga. Long ago in a land far far away Maddi was a soloist with The American Contemporary Dance Company. She holds a B.S. in Theatre Arts from Towson State University, however, most of her experience and teachings come from the various elders she has met and making it through 63 years of life!
